I followed one of &lt;a href="http://michelemartin.typepad.com/thebambooprojectblog/2007/07/31-days-to-a-be.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;Michele Martin's&lt;/a&gt; links to find your blog.  It's always fun to learn about other bloggers out there who are sharing good advice and writing about their personal experiences with blogging.
Thanks for pointing out that the tips and tools of the 31 Day Challenge can be used for non-profit websites as well as blogs.  We've got both at my organization, but have only recently started asking questions like "where do people click when they arrive" or "what do they remember 10 minutes later" - I have a feeling this experiment will really help us understand the role our website and blog can be playing in our organization when we're done!
