Thanks for informing us about this site - it's great! Finding then keeping new volunteers is always difficult. We're looking at using a blog with our regular volunteers too, so like you say, they can share their stories. We're also looking at ways of using other tools like You tube as well and involving our volunteers in making the actual videos. Keep it up with all these great articles!
