Using images in fundraising
Christine Martell of VisualSpeak has a wonderful screencast about how images were used in Beth Kanters online fundraising campaign. Some good tips and advice on how to use images, plus also a really great example of how screencasting can be used to present a subject.
By the way, it’s not too late to donate to the campaign! Beth Kanter has been taking part in the America’s Giving Challenge. $50,000 will be awarded to the project that gets the most unique donors before January 31, 2008. Beth supports the Sharing Foundation, providing education for children and young adults in Cambodia. You can participate too, by donating as little as $10 through the widget on Beth’s Blog, or visit the blog of Michele Martin at the Bamboo Project who set up the fundraising widget for the cause.
