Also impressive - America's Second Harvest rebranding and overhaul of its materials: www.feedingamerica.org. I am a long time marketing exec now devoting my time and energies as a pro bono consultant who works with small, "worthy" non-profits to build capability. One of the things that constantly shocks me is the number of websites that were created, oh, 10+ years ago, and that may do more harm than good to an organization's image and goals! I regularly review sites of organizations that serve similar populations (we'll leave the question of duplication for another day...) and those that I consider best practice.
